Why we started Swancomm
Solar and batteries are a big purchase, and the industry has a reputation for hard selling. Technical terms get in the way, rebates are confusing, and it's hard to know who to trust. We started Swancomm to make that easier for people in our area.
What you can expect from us
- Advice based on your bills. We look at how your household actually uses power before anyone quotes, so you know what you need.
- An installer we trust. We work with one installation partner, a licensed, SAA-accredited installer, chosen for the quality of their work.
- Your quote explained. We go through it with you in plain English: equipment, warranties, rebates and what happens on the day.
- Honesty. If your roof is too shaded, or a battery won't pay off for your household yet, we'll tell you.
- No cost and no pressure. Our advice is free. Our installation partner pays us a referral fee when you go ahead, and you're never obliged to.
What we don't do
We're a referral service, not an installer. We don't do electrical or installation work, and we don't compare quotes across the market. Our installation partner quotes you, contracts with you directly, and is responsible for the installation and its workmanship warranty. See how it works.
