This policy explains how Swancomm handles personal information collected through this website. Swancomm is a referral service: we refer customers to an independent installation partner.

When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, information about your power use and existing solar, and anything you write in the message. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. The quote form uses one temporary cookie to protect it from spam.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, understand what you need, arrange your quote with our installation partner, go through it with you and follow up to make sure things went well.

Who we share it with

Our installation partner. To arrange your quote, we pass your details to our installation partner. You agree to this when you submit the quote form. Our partner then handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Quote requests are emailed to us and stored securely. We keep them only as long as we need them to help you and for our business record-keeping.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us.
